Once when in Paris i was fortunate enough to catch a show of his works. Not to mention the opening scene has incredible camera shots rivaling, if not pioneering, the tracking shot from "Boogie Nights". Jose Ferrer as the crippled Toulouse-Lautrec was so believable that one could almost believe that he was actually crippled himself. Ferrar is great, anfd fun can be had spotting all the great British character actors. I've seen better DVD's with much better color and sharpness than this bluray.
