I'm sorry there are some things downtown you are unhappy with. The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures: over the most recent 365 day period. It is an interesting community in the Groton Lofts. The courtyard pool is great during the summer and there are always lots of community events to go to.

A clubhouse, fitness center, private balcony and large floor plans provide comfortable living. Our apartment is nice and the essentials of an apartment community: good parking, fast maintenance service, safety are all executed well. Scenic Bluff residents enjoy a peaceful suburban atmosphere within minutes of attractions like the Fort Worth Stockyards Station, Coyote Drive-In, and Fort Worth Water Gardens.

I have made friends with lots of my neighbors and enjoy attending community sponsored events.

In particular Tiffany has always a delightful addition and I will miss the fact she's not working downtown anymore.…, The Groton Lofts is perfect for anyone who wants to be in the heart of downtown Cincinnati and within walking distance of The Banks and OTR. Living in Groton, it's a little hard to meet people and other young adults, as the apartment just has less residents and no communal space. The staff are friendly and promptly respond to questions/requests.

Pool, gym, and facilities are great. Some residents are friendly while others are not but typically people are friendly. Factors that influenced these ratings include building design, construction, exterior spaces, and amenities.

Lots of community amenities including a roof top pool and multiple gyms. It's not like the best place ever, but for the price, it's great. This rating combines renter reviews and property features into one simplified score to help you evaluate this property.
