I can’t say enough about this company and all their employees. As soon as we completed our NHBC survey, customer service was shocking. Tired with the state of the site, this page is here so we can collectively move forward and challenge T.W. The 1st house had a few issues along the way, however nothing more than expected with a ne build. There may be genuine issues why this is taking as long as it is, but these are not communicated, instead, Taylor Wimpey appears to push blame on 3rd party contractors and leave us in the dark with what is happening.
